As a therapist you’re not perfect and that’s okay. I’ve been working as a counsellor/youth worker for 22 years and as a nature based practitioner for 10 of those. I still make mistakes as we all do because we are human working with other humans. The key is being a reflective/reflexive professional who is willing to recognise their missteps and take action on correcting them. With love folks 💚🌀🤘🏻

This is a great way to support connection and expression in groups. The string/paracord is what brings us together, keeps us focused and allows groups chance to reflect on their strengths and positive attributes. It’s one of my favourite moments of any group!
