This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the online presence of a fast-growing electrical & renewable energy company.

🎯 Your role will include:

✅ Creating engaging content for TikTok, Facebook & Instagram
✅ Planning and delivering marketing campaigns
✅ Managing and growing our social media presence
✅ Capturing on-site and behind-the-scenes content
✅ Helping increase brand awareness, enquiries & customer engagement
✅ Monitoring performance and bringing fresh marketing ideas to the team
✅ Supporting digital systems and business operations where required

We’re looking for someone who:
📱 Has experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
🎥 Can confidently create video/photo content for modern platforms
💡 Brings creative ideas and understands online engagement
⚡ Has an interest in technology, renewables, or fast-growing industries
📈 Wants to grow with a forward-thinking business

Bonus if you have experience with:
☀️ Solar or technical industries
💻 Basic IT support / digital systems
🎬 Editing short-form video content

DomElec Electrical & Solar Limited is a growing electrical and renewable energy company specialising in solar PV installations across domestic and commercial sectors. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a capable and motivated individual to support both our digital presence and technical operations.

# # # **The Role**

This is a varied position suited to someone with **some hands-on experience** in digital content, IT support, or technical systems, who is looking to broaden their skillset into the renewable energy sector.

You will play a key role across marketing, solar system design, and internal IT support, working closely with our team and gaining exposure to industry-leading tools and processes.

# # # **Key Responsibilities**

**📱 Content Creation & Social Media**

* Create and manage content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
* Plan, schedule, and monitor posts to support business growth
* Capture on-site and office-based content where appropriate

**☀️ Solar PV System Design** (Not a mandatory part of this role, however candidates with an interest in these tasks will be strongly considered)

* Design solar PV systems using OpenSolar and PVSol
* Support the team with system layouts, proposals, and basic calculations
* Training will be provided, but an interest in technical work is essential

**💻 IT Support (Outlook & Windows)**

* Provide basic support for office laptops and systems
* Troubleshoot common issues with Windows and Microsoft Outlook, set up user accounts etc
* Assist in maintaining smooth and reliable IT operations

* Previous experience in **social media/content creation, IT support, or a technical role**
* Confident using digital tools and platforms
* Strong interest in technology and/or renewable energy
* Comfortable learning new software and systems
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage a varied workload
* Full UK driving licence preferred (for occasional site content)
