Μια νέα εποχή στην πιστοποίηση μόλις ξεκίνησε

Το παγκόσμιο αγροδιατροφικό σύστημα αλλάζει ραγδαία. Η βιωσιμότητα, η διαφάνεια και η εμπιστοσύνη δεν αποτελούν πλέον επιλογές – αποτελούν προϋποθέσεις για το μέλλον της παραγωγής τροφίμων.

Σήμερα η A CERT European Organization for Certification παρουσιάσε ένα νέας γενιάς ψηφιακό σύστημα ελέγχου και πιστοποίησης βιώσιμων αγροτικών προϊόντων, το οποίο συνδυάζει Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη (AI), Εικονική και Επαυξημένη Πραγματικότητα (VR/AR) και προηγμένες τεχνολογίες παρακολούθησης και συλλογής δεδομένων.

Η καινοτομία αυτή αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό βήμα προς το μέλλον της πιστοποίησης και της επαλήθευσης της βιωσιμότητας στη γεωργία.

Γιατί αυτή η εξέλιξη είναι σημαντική

Τα παραδοσιακά συστήματα πιστοποίησης σχεδιάστηκαν για μια διαφορετική εποχή — όπου οι έλεγχοι βασίζονταν κυρίως σε περιοδικές επιθεωρήσεις και έλεγχο εγγράφων.

Όμως η σύγχρονη γεωργία λειτουργεί πλέον σε ένα πολύπλοκο, ψηφιακό και παγκοσμιοποιημένο περιβάλλον δεδομένων.

Το νέο σύστημα μεταφέρει την πιστοποίηση από το μοντέλο της περιοδικής επιθεώρησης σε ένα μοντέλο έξυπνης, δεδομενοκεντρικής επαλήθευσης.

Η πλατφόρμα αξιοποιεί δεδομένα από:

• δορυφορικές εικόνες υψηλής ανάλυσης
• γεωχωρική χαρτογράφηση αγροτεμαχίων
• δεδομένα γεωργίας ακριβείας
• παρακολούθηση μέσω drones και αισθητήρων
• ιστορικά δεδομένα καλλιεργητικών πρακτικών

Οι αλγόριθμοι τεχνητής νοημοσύνης μετατρέπουν αυτά τα δεδομένα σε δυναμικά προφίλ κινδύνου για κάθε εκμετάλλευση, επιτρέποντας πιο στοχευμένους, αποτελεσματικούς και διαφανείς ελέγχους.

Το αποτέλεσμα είναι πιο έξυπνη πιστοποίηση και μεγαλύτερη εμπιστοσύνη στα βιώσιμα προϊόντα.

Εκπαίδευση των επιθεωρητών του μέλλοντος

Ένα ακόμη πρωτοποριακό στοιχείο είναι η εκπαίδευση μέσω εικονικής πραγματικότητας.

Επιθεωρητές, γεωπόνοι και επαγγελματίες της αγροδιατροφικής αλυσίδας μπορούν να εκπαιδεύονται μέσα σε ρεαλιστικά εικονικά αγροκτήματα, όπου προσομοιώνονται πραγματικές διαδικασίες επιθεώρησης.

Με αυτόν τον τρόπο μπορούν να:

• αναγνωρίζουν πιθανές μη συμμορφώσεις
• αξιολογούν καλλιεργητικές πρακτικές
• εφαρμόζουν τους κανονισμούς της βιώσιμης και βιολογικής παραγωγής
• λαμβάνουν αποφάσεις σε σύνθετα σενάρια επιθεώρησης

Η προσέγγιση αυτή δημιουργεί ένα νέο πρότυπο εκπαίδευσης στον τομέα της πιστοποίησης.

Η πιστοποίηση ως ψηφιακή υποδομή εμπιστοσύνης

Η σύγκλιση τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, εμβυθιστικών τεχνολογιών και συστημάτων παρακολούθησης πεδίου αλλάζει ριζικά τον τρόπο με τον οποίο επαληθεύεται η βιωσιμότητα στην αγροδιατροφική αλυσίδα.

Η πιστοποίηση δεν είναι πλέον απλώς μια διαδικασία ελέγχου.

Μετατρέπεται σε μια τεχνολογική υποδομή εμπιστοσύνης, που συνδέει παραγωγούς, οργανισμούς πιστοποίησης, αγορές και καταναλωτές.

Με αυτή την πρωτοβουλία, η A CERT συμβάλλει ενεργά στη διαμόρφωση του μέλλοντος της βιώσιμης γεωργίας και της ψηφιακής πιστοποίησης.

Σήμερα, η A CERT European Organization for Certification παρουσιάσε το πρώτο νέας γενιάς ψηφιακό σύστημα ελέγχου και πιστοποίησης βιώσιμων (πχ. βιολογικών) αγροτικών προϊόντων, το οποίο συνδυάζει Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη (AI), Εικονική και Επαυξημένη Πραγματικότητα (VR/AR) και προηγμένες τεχνολογίες εποπτείας και συλλογής δεδομένων από το πεδίο, καθώς και ένα ευφυές σύστημα Εικονικής Πραγματικότητας (AR) για την εκπαίδευση επιθεωρητών.
