The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the managing and maintain of all company exposure, growing the existing team and developing a greater team moving forwards. The ideal candidate will have excellent English, both written and verbally, as well as a proven track record in brand awareness and growth opportunities.
Please note that this is a very hands on role in all areas and aspects of the marketing requirements.
Requirements:
1. Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and plans for both online or offline.
2. Overseeing and manage marketing department which includes design, digital marketing, events, corporate relations, product development etc.
3. Grow the Marketing team in a way that it can support and grow with a multitude of businesses
4. Have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills to handle business partners.
5. Provide strategic analysis of the current and upcoming market and identify current opportunities and key future trends and opportunities.
6. Develop and implement SEO, SEM and any programmatic ads strategies.
7. Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
8. Capable of creating creative ideas and approaches for achieving Marketing Goals.
9. Develop/create an organized corporate identity and be in charge of implementation.
10. Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
11. Manage marketing e-mail and social media marketing campaigns.
12. Use and maintain many digital media analytic tools like Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, and other relevant sites.
13. Exploring and keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends.
14. Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events.
15. Build a strong marketing team that can work efficiently to manager, support and grow up to 10 brands.
16. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, Instagram, Facebook and similar platforms.
17. Create strategic plan for Advertising platforms, and generate reporting lines to show proof of concept as well as potential ROI offerings on all marketing expenditure.
18. Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
19. Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
20. Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
21. Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, or related major.
2. Dealing with Multiple Brands under a single banner
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing or any related field.
4. Excellent negotiation skills, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, and sales
5. Excellent organization, management, and time management capabilities.
6. Adaptable and quick learner who is resourceful and driven to solve problems.
7. Energized by brainstorming and iterating on and developing social media, content and performance marketing strategy.
8. Target oriented
9. An understanding of CRM platforms, integrations and how to manage multi social media platforms and brands.
