Business owners from across industries came together to talk systems, leadership, profitability, and what it actually takes to build something that lasts.

We also welcomed the July 2025 batch into the BCI alumni family. 800+ in the room. 400+ online. And the energy made both feel like the same place.

Most business owners think their biggest problem is sales.
It isn't.

For years, I've heard the same questions:
"How do I increase sales?"
"Which marketing strategy should I use?"
"How do I generate more leads?"

But here's the reality: Sales is rarely the bottleneck.
The real challenge is that the business owner is trapped in operations.

Every day begins with approvals, escalations, follow-ups, firefighting, and solving problems that shouldn't need their attention.

As long as you're stuck running the business, you can't grow the business.
