Thank you, Hon’ble Minister Smt. Annapurna Devi, for highlighting the importance of the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY).

PMMVY is more than a maternity benefit scheme, it is a powerful platform to advance the Poshan agenda by encouraging early registration of pregnancy, improved maternal nutrition, utilisation of essential health services, and positive behaviours during the critical first 1,000 days of life.

The PMMVY Samvad in Koderma was a remarkable step in translating this vision into action, bringing together diverse stakeholders, especially youth, to champion maternal nutrition and inspire collective responsibility for a healthier tomorrow.

IPE Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat Skill Development Mission, Government of Gujarat, as a technical assistance partner under the Namo Gujarat Kaushalya & Rozgar Mission (NGKRM) for strengthening the delivery of skilling schemes and improving women's workforce participation in the State.

The MoU was exchanged on World Youth Skills Day by Kamlesh Rathod (IAS), Mission Director, GSDM, and MK Padma Kumar, COO, IPE Global, in the presence of Shri Lochan Sehra, Hon'ble Secretary, Labour, Skill Development and Employment Department, Government of Gujarat, along with senior officials from the Government of Gujarat and representatives from IPE Global Ltd.

Through the partnership, IPE Global will support the Government of Gujarat in deepening its whole-of-government approach towards increasing women's participation in the Gujarat’s workforce through policy support, institutional strengthening, strategic communication, industry engagement, and evidence-based planning.

Skilled women are at the heart of Viksit Gujarat @2047 and this partnership is a decisive step in that journey. 💪

State Transformation Commission convenes Inter-Departmental Dialogue for accelerating women’s economic participation in Uttar Pradesh.

State Transformation Commission today convened senior officials from 12 State departments and IPE Global Ltd. to formalize the establishment of a dedicated FLFP Cell under STC; a single institutional platform to converge skilling, employment, industry engagement, and safe accommodation efforts for women.

With the successful completion of the outreach workshops in Telangana and Gujarat, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj's (MoPR) Atmanirbhar Panchayat Programme continues to expand its nationwide outreach, taking its next step in Kerala.

On 7th July 2026, an Outreach Workshop was organised in Kochi, Kerala, bringing together Gram Panchayat representatives, senior officials from MoPR, officials from the Local Self Government Department, Government of Kerala, and representatives from NABARD and HUDCO. The event was graced by Hon'ble Minister for Fisheries and Social Justice, Government of Kerala; Hon'ble Minister for Local Self Government Department, Government of Kerala; and Member of Parliament.

The workshop provided an overview of the vision, objectives, and implementation framework of the Atmanirbhar Panchayat Programme, encouraging Panchayats to identify innovative, revenue-generating ideas that can be developed into bankable and scalable projects. Participants also witnessed a live demonstration of the Atmanirbhar Panchayat Portal, explored financing opportunities, and engaged in an interactive discussion to address queries and share perspectives on strengthening Panchayat Own Source Revenue (OSR) and promoting sustainable local economic development.

IPE Global Limited is proud to support this flagship initiative as the Technical Agency (TA) for the Panchayat Revenue Enhancement Cell (PREC). Through strategic technical assistance, we are enabling Panchayats to identify and structure bankable projects, strengthen governance systems, undertake financial modelling, facilitate access to financing through PPPs, CSR, and institutional partnerships, promote convergence across government schemes, and build capacities for sustainable revenue generation.

The Atmanirbhar Panchayat Programme is empowering Panchayats to become financially self-reliant and economically vibrant, laying a strong foundation for sustainable rural development and contributing to India's journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.

Strengthening urban water systems for a more resilient future.

The World Bank-supported Program-for-Results (PforR), implemented by Shimla Jal Prabandhan Nigam Limited (SJPNL), is transforming urban water supply and sewerage services in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Backed by a USD 250 million investment from the World Bank and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, the programme is focused on delivering 24x7 water supply, improving sewerage services, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening institutions.

The 9th and 10th World Bank Support Missions, held in December 2025 and April–May 2026, marked key milestones in assessing progress and achievements under the programme's Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs).

As the Programme Management Unit (PMU), IPE Global Limited, in collaboration with SJPNL, continues to provide technical and strategic support for programme implementation, monitoring, coordination, and the achievement of DLI-linked outcomes. Since June 2023, the programme has achieved 71% disbursement of the allocated budget, reflecting strong progress against DLI targets.
