Learning From BNI – #1 Training

One key learning from BNI is how the MSP (Member Success Program) concept can be beautifully adapted into business.

Two years ago, I built something similar for my organisation —
ESP: Employee Success Program.

This ESP is mandatory for every new employee who joins the company, and we repeat it every 3 months.

And the results?

✔ It sets the right expectations from Day 1
✔ It builds a strong culture and shared mindset
