BEYOND GOVERNMENT JOBS. TOWARDS NEW OPPORTUNITIES.

At the completion ceremony of our 9th Batch Tactical Security and Fire Safety Training, Dr Thangjam Dhabali, Chairman & Managing Director of BABINA Group of Companies, encouraged the youth of Manipur to look beyond government jobs and embrace opportunities in the growing private sector.

His message was clear: skills, communication, discipline and confidence can open doors to meaningful careers.

With the completion of the 9th Batch, Homeland Security has enabled employment opportunities for 1,000+ youth, including internally displaced persons.

Now, we move towards our 10th Batch — a 90-day Tactical Security, Fire Safety & Soft Skills programme, completely free of cost with lodging and other facilities.

A PROUD MILESTONE FOR HOMELAND SECURITY

Under the initiative of Centre Association of Private Security Industry and Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (Police Modernisation Division) , two Assistant Training Officers of Homeland Academy have been selected for the prestigious Instructor Course at NISA, CISF Hyderabad, commencing 27 September 2026.

Conducted under the initiative of Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (Police Modernisation Division), this marks a proud milestone as Homeland Academy is the only security academy from Northeast India represented in the course.

A step forward in strengthening our instructors, raising professional security training standards and creating better opportunities for the youth of Manipur and Northeast India.

FROM TRAINING TO EMPLOYMENT. FROM HOPE TO A NEW BEGINNING.

Under the flagship initiative of 9 Sector Assam Rifles and IGAR (South), in collaboration with Homeland Security, 50 youth of Manipur successfully completed the 9th Batch Professional Security Training and received their certificates and appointment letters.

With this batch, 750+ youth, including candidates from economically weaker families and IDPs, have been trained and placed, maintaining a 100% placement record.

On 27 September 2026, 35 trainees will leave Imphal to begin their professional careers in Kolkata and Tamil Nadu.

We do not simply deploy guards — we develop frontline professionals and build human futures.
