We worship Krishna. We celebrate his stories.
But do we truly listen to what he taught us?

The Bhagavad Gita is not just about a conversation on a battlefield. It is about confusion, clarity, questioning, choice and the courage to act.

I have shared a few thoughts on Krishna...
The God we worship and the Guru whose wisdom we can live.

When was the last time you sat quietly with yourself?

No phone.
No music.
No television.
No distraction.

Just you… with yourself.

In today's busy world, we have become so accustomed to noise and activity that even a few quiet moments can make us uncomfortable.

I have written about this in my latest blog — “Learning to Sit with Yourself.”

It is not really about being alone.

It is about learning to enjoy your own company.

While reading, somewhere along the way, pause for a few moments and think about your own journey.
