Hi guys...after long time meet..
I have brought to u a combination of try and slamm ball exercises...check it out....

1) diagonal wall slamm 12 reps each side
2) trx plank pelvis up down 15 reps
3) burpees whith slamm ball 12 reps
4) trx climbers 30 sec
5) squats slamm 20 reps
6) trx both legs spread and front pull...

U can adjust sets and reps according to ur need...u can do it ither back to back or 2 ex rest...try it guys

Hi all!!
I m going to share with u a fantastic abs/cardio,core conditioning session

1] plank hold 60 sec
full sit ups 20 reps
plank hold 45 sec
crossover obliques 60 kicks
plank hold 30 sec
excercise (big ball roll ) 10 reps
(10-20 sec rest between a set )

2] side plank hold 30 sec
side plank pulses in 15 reps
hold position
( do this both sides)
3] 15 mins cross trainer machine

4] lying down on back hold the into
boat position 20 sec
incline leg half raises 10-12 reps
boat pose hold 30 sec
frog leg lifts ( attach ur sole to each ather)
and raise the legs 15 reps
boat pose hold 45 sec
full incline leg raises 8-10 reps

Plank hold side ways 30 secs
Crossover obliques 30
Plank hold other side 30 secs
Alternate toe touches 30

5] Side plank high stand pulses 15 reps
Both sides.

6] good morning with moderate
weights 15 reps
superman hold lying down on
stomach position
7] stretching and cool down
(20-30 sec rest between sets )

guys ,hi all ! I mostly includes box jump into my functional/c moves...it became too hard and challenging after performing 3 mins hiit cardio.... the sequence is..

cardio hiit
functional
kickboxing move
upper and lower abs
obliques.......

How r u guys!... ok... one of my client ms. vaishnavi vartak who hd bn contestant of beauty contest "महाराष्ट्राची श्रावण क्वीन ".... we hd been doing heardwork and trying to give our best....
Check some pics, i always involve her into fuctional training, sm crossfit moves... see she is performing stiff leg deadlift for lower glutes (butts) and upper hamstrings...
Secondly performing k'bell swing mainly she wants to get on gluts... right
And plank pie on trx which hit on low abs which is very imp for her... pls msg me if u have sm querries.... see u
