Our research and dedication towards our clients has enabled us to save power and hence operational expense on the AHU’s to the tune of almost 50%. We actively undertake power studies for the AHU’s and base our decisions on pure theoretical and practical experience. We See saving of 1 Kw as -

When engineers think about HVAC, they often focus on airflow, efficiency and energy. But one of the biggest hidden costs of conventional ventilation systems is the amount of valuable building space they occupy.

EC fan arrays change that. Same airflow performance, significantly smaller footprint which means plant rooms shrink, ceiling voids get shallower, and space that was consumed by oversized equipment becomes usable again.

In a hospital that's clinical area. In a hotel it's lettable floor. In a factory it's production space.

At AAD Tech, equipment selection and spatial specification are part of the same engineering conversation because a system that performs well but wastes space isn't fully engineered.

The most important ventilation decisions in any building project are made before the first drawing is issued not on installation day.

Air change rates by zone, pressure differentials, temperature and humidity required, duct routing to minimise losses, equipment specified to the actual duty point these are consultant decisions, made at the blueprint stage, that determine how a system performs for the next decade.

We support MEP consultants at this stage bringing performance data and application experience into the specification before the design is finalised.
