Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Furniture Industry
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Industry: Furniture Manufacturing / Home Furniture / Office Furniture / Hotel Furniture
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (Based on Experience)
Generate new business leads through field visits and market research.
Visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Promote home, office, modular, institutional, and hotel furniture products.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrate furniture solutions to prospective customers.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful orders.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely order ex*****on.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM or sales records.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of furniture products and the furniture market is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
1–5 years of experience in Furniture Sales, Building Materials, Interior Products, Home Décor, or B2B/B2C Field Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
