A regular sub-60 racer who is already sitting comfortably in the Elite 15 rankings before her season has even officially begun, Annie recently proved her class taking 4th in AG 25-29 and 5th Overall Hyrox Pro at the World Championships. Emma Lawson is the Second Fittest Woman on Earth🥈

After sitting out last season to properly heal a persistent back injury Emma Lawson is back in style. Although she is still only 21 years of age, Emma needs no introduction to the CrossFit audience. She’s been taking podium placements in competitions pretty much since she started in the sport. The fact that she’s come back from a nasty injury looking sharper than ever is a true testament to her perseverance and grit.

Emma’s performances in San Jose were consistent and assured. She rarely had an event finish outside of the top 10 and by the end of the weekend the 2nd place was firmly hers.

Jay Crouch is the Third Fittest Man on Earth🥉

After 4 days of competition, 20 gruelling events and a lot of blood, sweat and tears the CrossFit Games finished with Jay Crouch on the podium. This really shouldn’t surprise anyone as the 27 year old Australian has been giving clear indications of his podium pedigree for the past few seasons and now it all clicked.

Team CrossFit Oslo Kriger is the Third Fittest Team on Earth🥉

In the beginning of the year BKG was approached to join the CrossFit Oslo Kriger team who were the 2025 CrossFit Games Champions. He was excited at the thought of joining Tola Morakinyo, Oda Lundekvam and Kristin Holte to attempt a repeat of the 2025 success.

Things did not go fully to plan in San Jose but the team powered through adversity and did what they needed to do to secure a podium position. An achievement they can all be very proud of.
