Quando ricerca, talento e impresa si incontrano, nascono idee capaci di generare reale valore.

Congratulazioni a Marco Ruggieri, che si è appena laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale presso l’Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia con una tesi dedicata alla gestione della logistica inbound extra-UE di Custom, sviluppata dopo il suo percorso di stage in azienda.

Il suo lavoro ha analizzato la tratta Shanghai-Parma, confrontando diverse modalità di trasporto e valutando il rapporto tra costi logistici, tempi di transito e rischi operativi in uno scenario globale sempre più complesso.

Attraverso dati aziendali, case study e modelli di simulazione, Marco ha trasformato la ricerca in uno strumento concreto per leggere la realtà e supportare decisioni più consapevoli.

Crediamo molto nel valore dei giovani e nel dialogo tra università e impresa: è da qui che nascono nuove prospettive, competenze e innovazione.

Congratulations to Marco Ruggieri, who has just got a bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia with a thesis focused on Custom’s extra-EU inbound logistics, developed following his internship with the company.

His work analyzed the Shanghai-Parma route, comparing different transport modes and assessing the balance between logistics costs, transit times and operational risks in an increasingly complex global scenario.

By combining company data, case studies and simulation models, Marco turned research into a practical tool for understanding reality and supporting more informed decisions.

We strongly believe in the value of young talent and in the dialogue between universities and businesses. This is where new perspectives, skills and innovation begin.
