🇪🇺 #𝐑𝐄𝐂𝟒𝐄𝐔 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 8th 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐝.

🔍 On October 27th and 28th, the partners met in Tirana, Albania, hosted by Milieukontakt, a discovery partner that officially joined the project in the third semester.

🤝The meeting provided an opportunity to meet 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 and gain a deeper understanding of the current state of RECs in Albania, the evolving legal framework, and the process of aligning national legislation with EU rules in an EU candidate country. Partners with more experience had the opportunity to share their path and offer advice, drawing on a journey marked by both successes and barriers that still need to be overcome, as also highlighted by the 𝐒𝐖𝐎𝐓 analyses carried out and discussed on the second day.

⏳As this was the last meeting before the project comes to an end, particular attention was also devoted to planning the 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭, scheduled to take place in Brussels at the end of January 2027, and to reviewing the latest results achieved across the different territories in terms of regional policy improvements and progress on pilot projects.

🔍 Nei giorni 27 e 28 ottobre 2026, i partner sono stati ospitati a Tirana, Albania, da Milieukontakt, discovery partner che è entrato a tutti gli effetti nel progetto a partire dal terzo semestre.

🤝 Il meeting è stata l’occasione per incontrare gli 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢 e approfondire lo stato dell’arte delle CER in Albania, della legge in evoluzione e del processo di adattamento nazionale alle norme UE di un Paese candidato. I partner con più esperienza hanno avuto modo di consigliare e raccontare il proprio percorso, fatto di successi ma anche di barriere da abbattere, come evidenziato anche dalle analisi 𝐒𝐖𝐎𝐓 condotte ed esaminate durante la seconda giornata.

⏳ Essendo l’ultimo meeting prima della fine del progetto, un’attenzione doverosa e scrupolosa è stata data anche all’organizzazione dell’𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 in programma per fine gennaio 2027 a Bruxelles e alla situazione aggiornata dei risultati raggiunti nei vari territori in termini di miglioramento delle politiche regionali e di avanzamento dei progetti pilota.
