L’uva appena raccolta arriva in cantina e, direttamente dalla tramoggia, arriva anche il momento dell’assaggio.

Il nostro Edoardo, con un gesto semplice, quasi istintivo, ritrova nel chicco tutto quello che la vigna ci ha regalato.
