Don't leave that your small land in the village for unsuspecting land grabbers to sn**ch it from you.
Plant a tree crops today.
A coconut tree at fruition, with proper AP, will give you not less than 300 fruits/nuts yearly and your small 50/100ft size of land can take about 20 trees at standard spacing.
If you multiply that, it means you will be expecting about 6,000 nuts, at worst 5,000 nuts which can translate to 5,000 × #300 = 1,500,000 as from year 3 after planting.
