HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO AN EXCEPTIONAL LEADER
Today, I celebrate an exceptional leader, a compassionate administrator and a true people oriented Mayor, Dr Chibueze Ofobuike ,

Your leadership has continued to demonstrate that public office is truly about service, impact and the wellbeing of the people. Your contributions to youth development, education, commerce, human capital development and grassroots empowerment have made a meaningful difference in the lives of many.
On this special day, I celebrate not just the office you occupy, but the lives you continue to touch and the hope you continue to inspire.
May God Almighty grant you greater wisdom, strength, good health and abundant grace as you continue to serve your people. May your new year be filled with greater accomplishments, peace and lasting fulfilment.
