Monthly Salary: N50,000 - N100,000 (based on qualifications, expertise and experiences)

*General Qualifications:*
👉 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👉Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

👉 Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
👉 Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
*Educational Qualifications*
*Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Operational Manager*
- *Qualifications*: A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or operations management.
- *Expertise*: Operational efficiency, project management, and experience in scaling operations. Good negotiation skills, and the ability to establish partnerships with educational institutions or corporate clients. Knowledge of the education sector is a plus. Strong organizational skills and deep understanding of the Edtech product are essential.
*Marketing Manager*
- *Qualifications*: A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business.
- *Expertise*: Marketing strategy, digital marketing, branding, negotiation skills, and the ability to establish partnerships with educational institutions or corporate clients. Experience in education marketing is valuable.
*Head of Content:*
- *Qualifications*: B.Sc or advanced degree in education or a related field.
- *Expertise*: Curriculum development, instructional design, and knowledge of pedagogical principles. Subject matter expertise in relevant educational domains. negotiation skills, and the ability to establish partnerships with educational institutions or corporate clients. Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
