Martijn will oversee our global operations and ensure a constant and reliable delivery of our services all around the globe. His focus will be on developing new digital solutions and unify our global operations for the benefit of our clients. Martijn has a broad experience in our industry and held several leadership positions in agricultural and energy markets with global TIC companies.

CIS is happy to announce the addition of the GOEIC VOC contract to their portfolio.

On 31st of May 2022 GOEIC has authorized CIS to test, inspect and verify conformity of all goods applicable to the GOEIC program which are intended to be shipped to the Arab Republic of Egypt as per EOS standards and/or international standards.

In May 2012 the Government of Egypt officially commenced their VOC program through Ministerial Decision 961/2012. The Ministerial Decision laid the requirements for Textile and Leather products to obtain a Certificate of Inspection (COI) before arrival. In March 2016 the Government of Egypt issued Ministerial Decision
43/2016 which added numerous product types to the VOC program.

CIS is accredited to certify all product groups applicable to the GOEIC VOC program.
Upon completion of a successful verification of conformity, CIS issues a COI which needs to be presented for custom clearance upon arrival at all entry points at the Arab Republic of Egypt.

CIS are pleased to announce that the South Sudan National Bureau of Standards based at Juba, Republic of South Sudan has authorized CIS Commodity Inspection Services, headquartered in the Netherlands, to test, inspect and verify conformity of all goods.

On January 11th of 2017, The South Sudan National Bureau of Standards has implemented a Consignment Based Conformity Assessment program to protect South Sudanese consumers and their environment, assuring product conformity to the applicable national and international standards, and arrange swift custom checks and release of certified goods.

Goods intended to be shipped to South Sudan shall comply to SSNBS standards and/or International standards. Upon completion of a successful verification of conformity, CIS shall issue a Certificate of Conformity which needs to be presented for Customs clearance upon arrival at all entry points of the Republic of South Sudan.
