Important Regulatory Update for All Registered Companies in Nepal

The Office of the Company Registrar has announced a significant compliance opportunity under Section 48 of the Companies Act, 2063.
All accumulated penalties, interest, and additional fees on overdue company filings are now eligible for a complete waiver - provided all pending filings are completed by the prescribed deadline.

Key Details:

What is waived: All penalties, interest, and additional charges on outstanding filings

Action required: Complete all pending statutory filings, annual returns, renewals, and outstanding government fees

Who qualifies: Any company registered under the Companies Act, whether continuing operations or proceeding with closure

Deadline: Ashwin End, 2083 (17 October 2026) - Only 14 days remaining

This is a limited-time opportunity to bring your company's records up to date without incurring the financial burden of accumulated penalties. We strongly recommend that businesses act promptly to ensure full compliance before the deadline.

NBSM's Corporate Advisory Team is available to assist with reviewing your filing status and completing all necessary submissions.
