How does coffee brewed from Fika’s machines taste compared to the same coffee brewed by your favourite roaster? This morning we are using our refractometer to measure coffee concentration and taste. We’re checking everything’s all same-same and consistent. Things are getting technical around here.

Refractometer- a device that measures the concentration of dissolved substances in a liquid by determining how much light bends (refracts) when passing through it.
