Another bathroom renovation completed .

Full gut out included full floor and gib replacement , removing the wall between the old toilet and bathroom creating one large open bathroom .

Here’s our latest full exterior restoration we have just completed in Grey Lynn , our scope included the following :

*All rotten/damaged weatherboards replaced
*New bearers and foundation posts under house
*New garage door
*Nib walls and new drainage system under house / retaining wall
*Insulation and vapour barrier under house
*Full house repaint
