Army Bay Update 🏡

The cladding is now complete and the landscaping is well underway. This project is really coming together, with the decks coming soon to complete the outdoor living spaces.

Orewa Reno Snap Shots 🌟

A few progress shots from site over the past few weeks with Dan and Stewart working through the finer details while this renovation continues to come together 👏

The tracked lighting through the kitchen has now been plastered in and it’s come up unreal. Between the skylights during the day and the lighting at night, this space is going to look phenomenal once complete.

This home is also being integrated with Shelly smart home products — from automated lighting and electric blinds through to heated bathroom floors and smart control throughout the home. It’s going to be an epic property once the renovations are finished.

Architectural lighting done right ⚡️

Flush exterior lighting integrated seamlessly into the custom timber soffits at our Fishermans Cove project. Clean lines, precision placement, and attention to detail are what separate high-end electrical work from standard installs.

The black trims against the natural timber have come up unreal and perfectly complement the architectural design of this home 👏
