What's your favourite fruit treat recipe?

We are still making the most of those feijoas by making this delicious Feijoa slice, using the Thermomix TM7.

The recipe is on Cookidoo.

I used gluten free flour for the base and added half a tablespoon of tapioca flour to the feijoa mixture.

Have you used the scales on your TM7 recently?

We have plenty of persimmons at the moment so we have been measuring them on the scales to sell them.

The Thermomix makes it fun and easy for the whole family to use.

There are so many functions with the Thermomix TM7.

What did you get for Mother's Day?

My hubby and kids made me gluten free pancakes served with feijoas and yoghurt.

Pancakes are made quickly and easily using the Thermomix in a fraction of the time of mixing them the old fashioned way.

What's your favourite recipe? My family loves a The Loopy Whisk recipe for fluffy pancakes.

They tasted better than they looked.
