AmCham Philippines, through its Human Capital and Resources Committee and Education Committee, successfully convened the Annual Talent Summit entitled “Shifts in Talent Development Amidst Global Disruption.”
The Summit gathered leaders from government, academe, and industry to discuss the evolving demands of the workplace and the urgent need to future-proof the Filipino workforce amid technological, geopolitical, economic, and demographic shifts. Through insightful panel discussions, speakers highlighted the growing importance of skills-based development, lifelong learning, and cross-sector collaboration in building a globally competitive talent ecosystem.
