Q: Where do I send my name engraving request? Send details through platforms's chat or email. If Shopee, send via Shopee chat; If website, details may be sent through the Instruction Box upon Check Out or via email: [email protected]

Send the following details within 24 hours:
① Products name and/or color
② Name to be engraved or monogram style. Whichever is applicable.
③ Font style. Refer to product photos

*** We LASER ENGRAVE items. engraving is not too visible on dark colored materials. Q: What are the payment options? We accept credit and debit card payments. Fund transfers and bank deposits are also accepted via GCash, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Q: How much is the Shipping Fee for direct orders? Shipping rate starts at PhP90 for Metro Manila. We use a 3rd party courier service. We do not have any control over the delivery process including delivery schedule. Q: Do you accommodate same day delivery service? Yes. Grab/Lalamove delivery may be arranged. Delivery fee is shouldered by buyer. Please send us a message. Q: What other services do you offer? We also do UV printing on pen, tumblers, notebooks, and other materials. Q: Do you have a physical store? We no longer have a physical location. All orders are to be placed online. Q: Do you accept returns and exchange? Yes, if there is an error on our part or received item is damaged. Client needs to notify us within 3 calendar days upon receipt of item/s. Q: Do you accept bulk and corporate orders? Please email us at [email protected]
