As our HR lead, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition and employee relations strategies. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure we don't just hire the best, but keep them, too.

Qualifications

✅Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✅Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role
✅Strong background in BPO/Contact Center HR and recruitment
✅Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment at scale
✅Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
✅Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
✅High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
✅Strong organizational and analytical skills
✅Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
✅Strong expertise in fostering Employee Relations and managing Performance Management processes
✅Proven ability to create, implement, and monitor HR Policies relevant to business needs
✅Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
✅Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
