Benefits of post - cardio workout

​Energy Management: Lifting requires high levels of glycogen (stored carbs). Lifting first ensures you have the explosive energy needed for heavy weights, whereas doing cardio first can leave you too fatigued to lift safely or effectively.

​Efficient Fat Burning: Since lifting depletes your primary carbohydrate stores, your body is more likely to tap into fat stores for fuel during the steady-state cardio that follows.

​Faster Recovery: Light cardio increases blood circulation, which helps flush out metabolic waste and deliver oxygen to the muscles you just trained, potentially reducing soreness.

​Muscle Growth Protection: Intense cardio before lifting can trigger signals in the body that interfere with muscle building. Putting cardio at the end helps prioritize the hypertrophy (growth) signals from your weight session.

Mini Inversion workshop

One thing that I love about teaching Yoga is when you see your students progress. My heart is happy as they started from scratch.

Everyone can do yoga, but only a few love to do it. Yoga is not all about how you make your split or doing your handstand.

Yoga is more about listening and observing your thoughts,creating a space between over stimulus versus reaction.
Yoga helps listening your body without forcing it.Yoga is being soft inside however their is strength outside, stability with mobility .
Yoga is remembering that you're part of something larger.It's not religion ,it's alignment .
