🚨 Connectivity Notice for PLDT/SMART Users 🚨
We’re currently seeing an issue affecting customers using PLDT connections, where EAPs appear disconnected and the captive portal cannot be accessed.
✅ Our Omada servers are up and running normally
✅ Connections using other ISPs are working without any issues
⚠️ The problem is isolated to PLDT network routes
If you are experiencing this, please note that your local network and our servers are not the cause — the disruption is related to PLDT’s side.
We recommend temporarily connecting through a different ISP or mobile data until the issue is resolved by PLDT.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share updates as they become available.
