Atualmente a trabalhar no Banco de Portugal, Luísa Marques entrou na ISEG Junior Business Consulting em 2021, onde passou por diferentes funções ligadas a Recursos Humanos, desde a gestão de Alumni até à direção do departamento no seu último ano.

🇵🇹 Hoje, a ISEG Junior Business Consulting apresenta mais uma edição da rubrica Unwrap The Project, na qual damos a conhecer alguns dos projetos mais relevantes desenvolvidos pela nossa organização, bem como os serviços que disponibilizamos.

Num setor onde os pontos de contacto se multiplicam, um trabalho sólido só se traduz em reconhecimento quando a comunicação é estruturada. Foi esse o desafio do projeto que desenvolvemos para o Grupo FCM, no setor da construção e reabilitação urbana: dar a uma marca já sólida uma comunicação coerente e orientada a resultados. O trabalho traduziu-se num Plano de Marketing que atribui um papel definido a cada canal, assegura a consistência da identidade em todos os pontos de contacto e associa cada ação a um indicador de desempenho.

🇬🇧 Today, ISEG Junior Business Consulting presents another edition of our Unwrap The Project series, where we share some of the most impactful projects developed by our consultants and the services we offer.

In a sector where touchpoints are multiplying, solid work only translates into recognition when communication is structured. That was the challenge behind the project we developed for Grupo FCM, in the construction and urban rehabilitation sector: giving an already well-established brand a coherent, results-driven communication strategy. The work resulted in a Marketing Plan that assigns a defined role to each channel, ensures a consistent identity across every touchpoint, and ties each action to a performance indicator.

On the 23rd of April, we brought together what defines us: people. Members, alumni, partners, and other Junior Enterprises all united in a night that was so much more than a dinner.
