SOME of you have asked and I’ve even had quite a few conversations about “Meditation”. It also happens to be, and has been on the Centre of topics for a while now... Some of you even come at me with, why Nicky you Coach World Class, and you post cats flowers wildlife and chickens? A lot of you don’t get it and you are allowed to your own opinions always.. Soooo... here is some INFO for all of you wondering about the effects or as I like to say it Magical Impact Meditation has. It changes your Life! I DO it daily, twice sometimes Three times! I basically implore EACH of my clients to make meditation part of their daily rituals. I’ve attached TWO brilliant books 📚 with PROOF for all y’all that need it from some pretty reputable humans. So next time you choose to comment on something, do your homework, learn it, study it, TRY IT, then you can have an opinion. I respect each of you and no one is worthy of my opinions and judgements, and EACH of you is worthy of my Love Respect and Understanding.

We can all learn a thing or two from our avian friends. Look how they spend “every” day.. Yeap, they include THIS ritual in their daily activities.. What rituals? Have a peek! It’s called self care, friendship, relaxation and yes they meditate too.. I truly believe we have MUCH to learn from The chicken consciousness...
