Job Purpose:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Purpose:
To support the design, implementation, and reliable operation of company infrastructure by contributing to the development, optimization, maintenance, and security of network, server, and infrastructure services. The role ensures current and future business needs are met in line with CTC Group standards while gradually taking increased technical ownership and responsibility .

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, computer science or any other relevant field.
• Professional Certification: - MCSE and CCNA; and SAN (is a plus).

Minimum Experience:
• 5-7- years of experience in a relevant industry in MS, Exchange, Firewalls, and Active Directory; and managing IT installation or expansion projects;
• Knowledge of IP routing, Internet and networking technologies, NAT, routing protocols, network security and VPN; Back up and disaster recovery

Skills and Competencies:
• English Language.
• Strong analytical skills and details oriented.
• Business Acumen.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Strong Verbal and Written communication Skills.
