Job Title: Solar Technician
Job Purpose:
To carry out the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems - including modules, mounting structures, inverters, and batteries - for DRE projects. Ensure that all work is completed as per approved drawings, company standards, and safety regulations to meet customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in solar PV installation and maintenance.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries.
• Experience with installation of galvanized and non-galvanized solar mounting structures.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, with fluency in Arabic; working knowledge of English for technical documentation.
• Physical fitness for fieldwork, including working at heights and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Electrician Trade.
Minimum Experience:
• 3+ years of electrical installation experience.
Skills & Competencies:
• Experience with AC/DC systems and industrial/commercial electrical installations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Strong knowledge of circuit breakers, MCCBs, protection relays, and electrical safety standards.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills, with fluency in Arabic.
• Relevant electrical trade license/certification where applicable.
• Physical fitness for fieldwork and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within Sudan.

Job Title: Supply & Logistic Specialist
Job Purpose:
Responsible for handling DRE's inbound and outbound logistics operations, engaging and managing transporters and forklift providers, and their related payments - and for supervising the daily receiving, loading and offloading of delivery goods at the main warehouse for onward distribution to branches, dealers and end users. The role ensures accurate goods-receiving (GRN) confirmation, proper handling of damaged goods, complete delivery documentation prior to truck movement, and proper handover to customers, while maintaining accurate records and preparing regular reports and analysis to support DRE's logistics and supply chain objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree bachelor’s in business administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferable.
Minimum Experience:
• 2 to 5 years Prior experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations, preferably in a commercial/distribution environment
Skills & Competencies:
