Job Title: IT Service Desk Manager

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the IT Service Desk function by ensuring efficient delivery of technical support services, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting business continuity through effective incident management, service request fulfillment, and IT service operations aligned with organizational standards and SLAs.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a reputed university.
• Attendance on relevant functionally related post-graduate programs or a professional certification(s) in relevant line(s) of IT

Minimum Experience:
• 5 years of operational experience in an Information Technology function. (2-3) years of Managerial experience.
• Experience of managing IT installation or expansion projects vis-à-vis Help Desk Operations. Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP applications.
