What happens when an employment dispute cannot be resolved at the workplace?

Understanding the process from TADM mediation to the Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT) can help employees navigate workplace disputes with greater confidence and clarity.

Join our moderator Andrew Lee (Associate General Counsel, Asia, Kaplan) as he speaks with Jennifer Chih (Director, Nair Jen & Tan LLC) and Patrick Tay (Assistant Secretary-General, NTUC) on how employment disputes are commonly resolved through the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) and the ECT.

Through practical examples and real-life scenarios, our speakers will explain the types of claims that may be brought before the ECT, the process from TADM mediation to the filing and conduct of ECT claims, key timelines and procedural requirements, common misconceptions, and practical tips for employees navigating workplace disputes.

Whether you are currently facing a workplace dispute or simply wish to better understand the employment claims process in Singapore, this webinar will provide valuable insights into the role of TADM, the ECT and the steps involved in seeking recourse.

This webinar is brought to you by LawWorks – a collaboration between Pro Bono SG (PBSG) and the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC).
