We are pleased to announce the launch of the new MOT-SAAA Air Cargo and Mail Security Course, developed following the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between SAAA@Singapore and the Ministry of Transport (MOT) on 11 November 2025.

This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of Singapore's air cargo security regime and its alignment with international aviation security standards under the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention) Annex 17.

Participants will gain practical insights into:
✈️ Singapore's air cargo security regulatory framework
✈️ The importance of air cargo security in safeguarding the supply chain
✈️ Compliance requirements
✈️ Security measures necessary to support operational excellence

Who should attend?
Professionals in Singapore's logistics and air cargo sectors involved in the management, implementation, oversight, or auditing of air cargo security measures.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a jointly issued Certificate of Achievement from the Ministry of Transport and SAAA Cargo Services Pte Ltd.

SAAA@Singapore successfully hosted the third edition of Project Inspire, Mentor, Discover and Develop (IMDD) at ITE College East on 22 May 2026, in collaboration with our educational institution partners: ITE College East, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, and Temasek Polytechnic.

The outreach initiative aims to strengthen industry engagement with students and create greater awareness of career opportunities within the logistics sector. The programme also supports internship opportunities through relevant industry and government initiatives.

As part of SAAA@Singapore’s and our members’ ongoing efforts to attract and develop young talent for the logistics sector, we would like to thank the following participating companies for their strong support and commitment:

SAAA@Singapore is proud to be the Lead Association for the Singapore Pavilion at CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026, in collaboration with Fairs Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and LogiSYM, held at Singapore EXPO Hall 3 from 12–14 May 2026.

The event officially opened on 12 May 2026 alongside CargoNOW, LogiSYM Asia Pacific, LogiSYM Planning & Procurement, and LogiSYM Cold Chain. We were honoured to have Mr Gabriel Lam, Member of Parliament and Chairman of SAAA, as Guest of Honour to deliver the opening speech. The opening was followed by a VIP tour with the company of our SAAA CEO, Ms Pauline Tok, where the VIP entourage visited the CeMAT exhibition hall, the Singapore Pavilion and engaged with the various exhibitors showcasing innovative logistics and supply chain solutions.

We would like to acknowledge Mr Roger Chew, SAAA Council Board Member, for his active participation in speaking engagements and panel discussions throughout CeMAT SEA 2026. We were also pleased to have Mr Andrea Bettoni, SAAA Council Board Member, in attendance at the event.

On 13 May 2026, the evening concluded with the exclusive industry gala night and the LogiSYM Awards 2026. It was a memorable celebration of industry excellence, collaboration, and networking opportunities. Representing SAAA@Singapore at the dinner were Ms Pauline Tok, Mr Roger Chew, and Mr Jimmy Ler. Heartiest congratulations to our SAAA member company, Project Argus Pte Ltd, for being recognised with the Best Supply Chain Management Champion award, alongside all other deserving award recipients.

Today marks the final day of the exhibition, and we warmly invite our members, partners, and the public to visit the Singapore Pavilion at CeMAT Southeast Asia 2026. We look forward to seeing you there!

On 30 April 2026, SAAA had hosted the first Project Inspire, Mentor, Discover & Develop (IMDD) training session at SFS Global Logistics Pte Ltd’s office. It was a Pilotpulse presentation featuring on the AI. It was well attended by over 25 interns who are under our participating members companies.

To continue the momentum, on 13 May 2026, SAAA@Singapore brought our Project Inspire, Mentor, Discover & Develop (IMDD) interns to the CeMAT 2026, giving them valuable exposure to emerging logistics technologies such as warehouse management systems, AI robotics, drone inventory stock-taking, and cold chain solutions.

We look forward to providing more SAAA Training and events to serve as an eye-opener for the interns and to give them further insights into the Logistics Industry.

On 28 April 2026, SAAA@Singapore successfully hosted our first member-sponsored business networking event at Changi Sailing Club.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Empire Bison Singapore Pte Ltd for their generous sponsorship and support in making the event possible. The evening was well attended, with more than 25 participants from the industry coming together for an enjoyable session of networking, meaningful conversations, and new connections.
