V vinogradu se kakovost vina začne mnogo prej, preden grozdje dozori. 🌿☀️

V pomladnih dneh potekata mandanje oziroma pletev ter ročno usmerjanje mladik med žice, s čimer trti zagotavljamo boljšo zračnost, enakomernejšo izpostavljenost svetlobi in optimalne pogoje za zorenje grozdja skozi poletje.

Vsak korak v vinogradu tako postavlja temelje za vino, ki svojo zgodbo kasneje razkrije v kozarcu. ✨

The quality of wine begins long before the grapes reach maturity.

During the spring season, we carefully thin the shoots and guide them by hand between the wires, ensuring better airflow, even sun exposure and optimal conditions for the grapes to ripen throughout the summer.

Each step in the vineyard lays the foundation for a wine that will later reveal its story in the glass.
