10 p.m. A vehicle enters a shopping center’s rear service area. Several people get out and head straight for the dumpsters.

ECAM’s live monitoring specialists detected the activity and immediately issued an on-site audio warning. When the individuals ignored it and remained on the property, our team contacted Austin Police and provided live information to support their response.
Officers arrived quickly, detained everyone involved, and the vehicle was towed from the property.
