Founded in 1946, the third-generation, family- and woman-owned company has 80 years of experience providing plastic sheet, rod, tube, and custom fabrication solutions to businesses across the United States. Cope operates under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, reflecting its commitment to quality, consistency, and customer service. Cope supplies engineering plastics and graphic

materials including HDPE, UHMW, nylon, aluminum composite material (ACM), acrylic, and other specialized plastics. Its custom fabrication capabilities include CNC machining, routing, laser cutting, thermoforming, welding, bending, assembly, prototyping, and design assistance, supporting everything from high-volume OEM production to custom MRO solutions. Cope serves industries including agriculture, construction, heavy equipment, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing, producing custom plastic parts such as liners, bushings, wear pads, guides, guards, and MRO components. The company also offers ready-to-order HDPE ground protection mats and UHMW outrigger pads for construction, utility, landscaping, and heavy equipment applications.

80 years of excellence deserves a celebration! ⚾️

Our Peoria, Illinois team was up next in our 80th anniversary celebrations, and they took the celebration to the ballpark! The team, their families, and their pups came together for a night at the Peoria Chiefs game during Bark in the Park night.

It was a great night of baseball, family, four-legged friends, and celebrating 80 years of Cope Plastics! 💙

This summer, we celebrated 80 years of Cope Plastics! What started as a small dream has grown into a company built on hard work, craftsmanship, and the people who show up every day to make it happen.

We opened our doors for a facility tour so friends, family, and neighbors could see where the magic happens, we played games, listened to music, ate great food, gave a tour of our facility and took a walk down memory lane with photos and stories spanning decades.

None of this would be possible without the people who made it real: our founders who took the leap, our employees past and present, and the Alton community that has supported us every step of the way.

Here's to 80 years of building and growing together, and to many more ahead. Thank you for being part of the Cope Plastics story. 💙
