TekWissen just received a Growth Award from Allegis Global Solutions at their Strategic Supplier Summit. I'm not going to pretend it felt expected. Because it wasn't.

There were years where we didn't win the bid. Years where we rethought programs from the ground up. Years where we had to earn the right to be in the room — and then prove we deserved to stay. No shortcut. No playbook. Just the discipline to keep showing up.

We are pleased to share that Ken Smith has joined TekWissen as our Chief Transformation Officer (CTO).

This is not just a leadership addition—it is a deliberate strategic move aligned to where we are headed as an organization.

Over the past few years, TekWissen has been evolving from a staffing-focused model into a *strategy, consulting, and global delivery partner*. As we scale this vision, the need for focused transformation leadership becomes essential.

Ken’s role will be centered on three critical areas:

This Thanksgiving week, I found myself reflecting on something unexpected.
***Not the meetings. Not the goals. Not the year-end sprint***
I found myself thinking about identity.

* Take away the titles…
* Take away the big logos on our email IDs…
* Take away the hierarchy printed under our names…

- Who are we then?
- Are we still the same person?
- Do our values stay the same?
- Does our confidence stay the same?

This year, instead of only sharing what I’m grateful for, I want to ask the community a deeper question:

💭 Who are YOU when you’re not defined by your job?

- When the title is gone…
- When the brand doesn’t speak for you…
- When it’s just you — the human being.
- What part of you remains constant, untouched by roles, companies, or status?
