TL;DR: Everything was awesome!

☘️ 🥖 🥯 🧁

Our faves in ranked order:

1) VGF Irish Soda Bread. YES - Irish soda bread! Next to some ridiculously amazing homemade magic, it’s probably the best we’ve ever had.

2) VGF Green Bagels. Delicious and fun! We haven’t had green bagels in this household in some time, so we really appreciated that.

Pro Tip: Slice and freeze the day you purchase. They toast up great.

3) VGF Shamrock Cupcakes. So good! We are a celiac household and luckily do not have to add other allergies to the list (dairy, etc.), so we are a bit partial to milk and butter. To all of our vegan friends and family - grab yourself a 6-pack of cupcakes stat. You won’t regret it!

Thanks for the gluten-less goodies, - we will see you soon! We’re already craving another rice ball (…cause run, don’t walk to those bad boys! 450° in oven for about 10 min to reheat and crisp up…) and that Chocolate Cake Roll is calling our name!

✨ ITGF Spotlight: Papa Ganache



🍀 It’s St. Patrick’s Eve and we are ready to roll!

We just visited Papa Ganache in Manasquan, NJ (also located in Matawan) and stocked up on the goods:

🥯 Gluten-free green bagels
🍞 Gluten-free Irish soda bread
🧁 Gluten-free Shamrock cupcakes

And maybe we grabbed a rice ball, too… 🤫

👌🏼 Did you know they have their own dedicated gluten-free kitchen? In an entirely separate building?! Talk about legit.

Taste tests coming soon, but something tells me we won’t be disappointed. 😏
