Two of Brazil's brightest young attackers are fighting for minutes this season.

ENDRICK: Frozen Out in Madrid

After a strong Lyon loan, Endrick returned to Real Madrid hoping for more under José Mourinho. He has played just four minutes in Madrid's first eight games.

A muscular injury kept him out of the first four league games. The signing of Carlos Espi hasn't helped.

Mourinho blocked a summer exit, but a January loan is reportedly back on the table.

Tottenham, Liverpool and Man United have been linked, along with Roma and Milan.

ESTÊVÃO: Lost in Alonso's System

At Chelsea, Estêvão has two starts, both in the Carabao Cup, and just 23 Premier League minutes.

The issue looks tactical: Alonso favours a back three with no out-and-out wingers.

Chelsea reportedly see him as untouchable, though Barcelona are tracking him. His contract runs until 2033.

🔴🚨 DAVID SILVA IS BACK: MANCHESTER CITY LEGEND ENDS RETIREMENT AT 40

David Silva has come out of retirement. The Spanish playmaker has signed a short-term deal with Supreme Sha Tin, a Hong Kong Premier League club that was only promoted last season.

Silva hung up his boots in 2023 after a serious knee injury at Real Sociedad. Now 40, he is back, following Ronaldinho, who made his own surprise comeback with Ravenna in Serie C earlier this year.

His record speaks for itself. He played 309 Premier League games for Manchester City, more than any other player in the club's history.

He scored 60 goals, won four league titles, and lifted the 2010 World Cup and two European Championships with Spain.

Sha Tin sit eighth in the 11-team league. Silva will first settle in and train to regain match fitness. His debut could come against Hong Kong FC on October 18, though some reports say November.

Can the Magician still work his magic? We'll be watching.
