30 years ago, Atlanta told the world it was ready.

The 1996 Olympics changed this city forever: the infrastructure, the economy, the city’s sense of what’s possible on a world stage.

Now, as the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaches, we’re gathering in South Downtown, the very neighborhood rebuilding at lightning speed, to ask: what did we build, what did we lose, and what are we building next?

Join us for Resurgence: The Rise of Atlanta on the Global Stage, an immersive exhibit by Rich Godfrey, the designer whose work helped win Atlanta the 1996 Olympic bid, alongside a panel of civic leaders and historians who’ve shaped, studied, and lived this city’s transformation.

For over a century, entrepreneurs have been building on Broad Street.

ATV is proud to be a part of the revival of that tradition.

We are thrilled to share that we are putting the finishing touches on ATV South Broad: eleven private office suites for founders who are scaling and ready to bring their team somewhere worth showing up to.

Located on Historic Broad Street, these suites are steps from the newly opened Founders Green, Spiller Park, El Tesoro coming soon, and our very own ATV Sylvan.

These suites have housed entrepreneurs since the 1800s. Original brick, steel windows, oak floors, and natural light pouring in from every angle.

South Downtown is becoming the largest entrepreneur district in the country. If you’re a builder with a big vision and a team ready to build, this is for you.

At ATV, we believe entrepreneurship is the single greatest mechanism for change.

Yesterday, that belief was on full display. , , residents, tenants, and entrepreneurs all came together to cut the ribbon on Founders Green, a new gathering space in the heart of South Downtown where Atlantans can connect, share a meal, catch a movie night, or simply enjoy the city they love.

Our founder David Cummings didn’t come downtown because it was easy. He came because it was right. A true builder who never stopped dreaming bigger, and right now, we are all watching it come to life.

A huge shout out to the team for doing the work: turning every space and every building into a masterpiece, bringing beloved Atlanta staples into the neighborhood, and intentionally rebuilding this beloved community.

12 weeks of practice, focus, and grind. And when they stepped on that stage, you felt every single one of them.

Confident. Ready. Demanding attention in the best way. If they were nervous, you couldn’t tell. They did what they needed to do to get there, and it showed.

This cohort didn’t just show up, they showed us the way.

Real problems. Real solutions. And a room full of people who made it possible: family who listened to them vent about concepts they’d never heard of, advisors, mentors, people who believed in the idea, and people who just believed in the founder.

To every founder in this cohort, we meant it when we said we can’t wait to see what you do next. The village is still here.
