I’ve spent enough years proving how strong I can be.

This season, I’m not asking myself how much more can I carry?

I’m asking, how much better can I build?

Better systems.
Better strategy.
More leverage.
More freedom.
More room for the life I actually want to live.

Because strength got me here.
But leverage is taking me further.

I’m not abandoning the woman who learned how to survive. I’m simply becoming the woman who no longer has to live there.

This is the year I thrive. 💛

And this time, thriving doesn’t mean doing more.
It means building differently.

Who else is in their “I don’t have to work harder to go further” season? 👀

Being a strong single mom can become a financial trap if…

“I’ll figure it out” is your only plan.

I know. That one might sting a little.

Because I was her.

The woman who could stretch a dollar.
Make something out of nothing.
Work harder when money got tight.
And somehow keep the whole house moving.

People called me strong.

But what they didn’t see was how exhausting it was to always be one unexpected expense away from needing to figure it out… again.

That’s why I talk about financial breathing room.

Not just making more money.

I’m talking about building income in a way that gives you more OPTIONS.

Enough margin that the car repair doesn’t ruin the month.

Enough flexibility that making more money doesn’t automatically mean spending less time with your children.

Enough strategy that working harder is no longer your only answer.

Mama, you already know how to survive.

I want to teach you how to build so survival doesn’t require so much of you.

I created a FREE guide to help you start thinking differently about your money, your income, and what creating real breathing room could look like.

Go to the link in my bio and download it.

Because “I’ll figure it out” got you this far.

But it doesn’t have to be the financial plan that takes you into your next chapter. ❤️

What if the thing you’ve been praying for doesn’t arrive looking like a miracle… but like an opportunity?

You’ve been asking for more.

More income without giving more of your life away.

A clear path that actually makes sense.

Someone you can trust to show you how.

A room where you don’t have to prove you belong.

And something you can start building NOW, because deep down, you know you cannot keep waiting for your circumstances to magically change.

Maybe the prayer was never just:

“God, send me more money.”

Maybe it was:

“God, show me another way.”

And sometimes the answer isn’t a check.

Sometimes it’s a room.
A relationship.
A conversation.
An opportunity.
A door you still have to decide to walk through.

I’m not promising you that every opportunity is your answer.

But I am saying this:

Don’t pray for a door and then be too afraid to turn the handle.

If this feels a little too familiar, comment OPTIONS.

I’ll show you what I’ve been building. ❤️

Sometimes you get tired of explaining.

The looks.
The whispers.
The questions.
The assumptions.

So my 9-year-old grandson Kace created another way to have the conversation.

Without saying a word.

The Silent Conversation Tee Collection was created to speak for the child who may not always have the words, and for the parent who is sometimes simply too exhausted to keep explaining.

We wore Kace’s shirts throughout our cruise, and I watched something beautiful happen.

People READ them.

And somehow, the shirts created a little more patience. A little more kindness. A little more understanding.

This one says:

TOO LIT TO FIT IN THE BOX. 🔥

Because maybe the goal was never to make our children fit into somebody else’s box.

Maybe the world needs a bigger box. ❤️

The Silent Conversation.
When the shirt says what we shouldn’t have to explain. 💙

so sorry I said AE, but you see the correct name now.

I love speaking from such a pure authentic space.

How beautiful would our world be if we all did that!

A six-figure income can still leave you financially vulnerable.

Because the question isn’t only “How much do I make?”

The better question is:

“How much of what I make depends on me continuing to show up?”

There’s nothing wrong with earning a paycheck. There’s nothing wrong with having a career.

The danger is believing that income alone equals financial security.

Start looking at your money differently.

What are you building that can eventually earn without requiring another hour of your time?

What are you creating that you actually own?

What happens to your income if life requires you to stop working for a season?

Those questions may be uncomfortable.

Ask them anyway.

Because the goal isn’t simply to make more money.

It’s to build a financial life that gives you options.

Save this Reel and do your own income audit tonight.

And if one of those questions made you uncomfortable, tell me which one. 👇🏾

Meet SaRonna Lewis Jackson she’s a Mom, educator and entrepreneur.

With children in sports, going to college and just advancing in life. She knew that an educators salary alone was not going to give her the ability to support her children in their endeavors as much as she wanted.

So she stepped out on faith, as an introvert and bet on herself, she reached out to me and said “Erica I am ready to take control of how I earn income, would you show me?”

And in just 30 days she has already started earning income and accomplished her first big achievement!!

I am so proud of her and LOVE HELPING WOMEN JUST LIKE HER💛💛💛

To find out what Sa’Ronna, myself and our community of women are working,,, send me a DM, and ask WHAT are yall doing?

Some of us aren’t stuck because we lack talent.

We’re stuck because becoming the woman we KNOW we could be would require us to stop negotiating with the woman we’ve been.

And that version of you has gotten comfortable.

Comfortable playing small.
Comfortable being needed.
Comfortable making enough.
Comfortable saying “one day.”
Comfortable watching other women do what you keep talking yourself out of.

At some point, you have to ask:

What is staying comfortable costing me?

Because the life you say you want may require a version of you that you haven’t had the courage to become yet.
