We promise to give you a world-class experience on our page. As we thought about what that meant for our community we came up with some guidelines for us and some guidelines for the community. WE PROMISE:

• To welcome questions and comments related to counseling, counselor education, counselor supervision, and counseling practice posted on our Facebook wall. If we can’t answer them on the wall, we will direct you to a resource that can help. Commenting and posting on this page does not constitute a counseling relationship and comments by the page owner and administrator are not considered counseling or advice.
• To give you a fun and engaging experience while you learn by providing online resources, webinars, and whatever else we cook up
• To let you know about our Seminars and other events so that you can participate if you choose.
• To provide a safe environment where everyone is welcome to interact without spam, harassment, inflammatory or obscene remarks, prejudice, or other nonsense. We reserve the right to remove comments or tags as we see fit. WHAT NOT TO POST:
• Off topic: Posts should be related to counseling, counselor education, counselor supervision, and counseling practice. Other posts will be removed at our discretion.
• Out our clients. If you are a client and you want to sing the praises of one of your therapists - fantastic! Your identity and your privileged information belong to you. If, however, your posts reveal the identity of one of our achievebalance.org clients your post will be deleted and you will be banned/un-liked. We take this very seriously.
• Ads and links: Please, no blatant selling. You are welcome to assist others in the community and we request that you use your good judgment when posting.
• Explicit/Hate Speech: Don’t be defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, abusive, demeaning, or indecent. It won’t be tolerated.
• Tagged posts: We thank you for tagging us in your posts but we may not keep all the tags on our wall. Let us know if there is a problem. We will try and address your needs but we may ask you to take the conversation offline. If you do not respond to our attempts to mediate the situation and harass our community, we may have to block your access to our page. Welcome to the community.
