This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position for an experienced construction professional who can oversee day-to-day jobsite operations while actively participating in residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and new home projects.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Strong residential construction experience
• Hands-on experience with framing, drywall, carpentry, remodeling, and home repairs
• Experience supervising employees, subcontractors, or volunteers
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
