Golden Empire Towing Inc. is looking for a dependable, organized and motivated Night Dispatcher to join our team.

🌙 Night shifts — Weekends
⏰ Part-Time or Full-Time available
📍 Bakersfield, CA

Responsibilities include:

* Answering incoming calls
* Dispatching tow trucks and roadside service
* Communicating with drivers and customers
* Monitoring active calls and driver locations
* Entering and updating calls in our dispatch system
* Handling multiple calls at once
* Staying calm and professional during busy periods
* Making sure drivers have the correct information and equipment for each call

We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ A strong communicator
✅ Comfortable working nights and weekends
✅ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Computer savvy
✅ Previous dispatch or towing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
