I’ve been pretty quiet on social media this summer — but definitely not because I haven’t been busy.

Actually, it’s been the opposite. I’ve been so busy designing, building, printing and installing projects that posting them has taken a back seat. I have a huge backlog of work to share, and this one felt like the perfect place to start.

This custom monument sign for NEXT LEVEL – 2402 Nicholson Rd was designed and handcrafted from the ground up by SIGN DIVISION.

I wanted something completely different from a typical monument sign — a high-end, architectural piece that felt substantial and complemented the property. The entire wood structure was cut, fitted, sanded, stained and finished by hand, with a deep walnut finish, oversized cap, dimensional address lettering, custom tenant panels and exposed black architectural hardware.

Every detail — from the proportions and wood grain to the hardware placement and lettering — was intentional.

Concept. Design. Fabrication. Finishing. Graphics. Installation.
All handled in-house by SIGN DIVISION.

Really proud of how this one came together. And I’ve got a LOT more from this summer to share.

From concept to curb presence

Queen Beans Cafe is officially rolling—and turning heads everywhere it goes.

We had the opportunity to design and wrap both the Transit van and the mobile coffee trailer as a complete branding package, built from the ground up to feel bold, modern, and unmistakable on the road.

That flowing “neon” energy? Fully printed—not vinyl overlays—and something we simply couldn’t achieve at this level before upgrading to the Epson S80600. This is next-level color, depth, and finish that hits different in person.

Every line, every panel, every transition was installed to feel seamless—like it came that way from the factory.
This is what happens when design, print, and install are all executed with intention.

If you're building a brand and want it to stand out everywhere it goes—this is the standard.

Big thanks to Queen Beans Cafe for trusting us with the vision. ☕👑

Last-minute? No problem.

We wrapped this custom claw machine for Crocs just in time for the NFL Draft here in Pittsburgh — featuring a limited-edition Steelers Croc you can actually win. 🔥

Printed and installed using high-performance 3M wrap film with a gloss laminate, this was executed as a fully seamless install so it looks like it came straight from the factory. Clean edges, zero distractions, and a finish built to handle heavy foot traffic.

To support the activation, we also direct printed 12 styrene signs for A-frames to drive attention and bring people over to the machine.

Tight turnaround, multiple pieces, zero room for error — handled.

Catch it in action at Dick’s House of Sport in Ross Park Mall.

Big thanks to for the opportunity to be part of this one.

Flawless installs. No shortcuts. Customer satisfaction—always.

Good storefront design shouldn’t look added on… it should feel built into the space.

We originally designed and installed the illuminated sign on the right. When the business expanded next door, the goal wasn’t to “add more graphics” — it was to make the entire frontage feel cohesive.

That’s why every bridge line flows continuously across windows, panels, and even the textured brick section in the center. No breaks. No awkward transitions. Just one clean visual story across the whole building.

This is where experience matters.

Different surfaces require different materials, print settings, and install techniques to get consistent color and long-term performance. Done right, everything matches and holds up. Done wrong, it fades, lifts, or looks pieced together.

Our focus is making sure it’s done right — from design, to print, to install.

Because when your storefront looks intentional and dialed in, people notice… and they trust what’s inside.

Clean, precise, and built to last

This custom die-cut pinstripe flame graphic was designed and installed in-house by Sign Division, pushing detail and accuracy to the limit. What looks simple at a glance is actually a highly technical layout — every line is individually plotted, spaced, and aligned to flow perfectly across complex body lines, panel gaps, and contours.

This is where experience matters.

We don’t just install vinyl — we engineer it to fit the vehicle. From design to final install, this project required: • Advanced layout planning across multiple panels

• Precision contour cutting for flawless edges

• Seam alignment that keeps the pattern flowing uninterrupted

• Expert install techniques to ensure long-term durability

The result? A clean, aggressive look that elevates the entire truck without overpowering it.

At Sign Division, we specialize in:

✔️ Custom vehicle graphics & wraps

✔️ Die-cut and pinstripe designs

✔️ High-end materials like 3M IJ280 & premium laminates

✔️ Complex installs most shops won’t touch

If you want something unique — not cookie-cutter — we’re built for it.

Custom designed die-cut glass etch install for STACKS Lottery Bar ♠️

This project completely transformed the storefront—taking a standard glass corner and turning it into a bold, high-end visual that fits the brand perfectly. The custom card-suit pattern adds privacy while still letting light in, and the entire design flows as one continuous piece across all panes for a super clean, seamless look.

Installs like this aren’t just about laying vinyl—this was a technical, precision-driven install across multiple glass sections, corners, and alignment points. Everything had to line up perfectly, and that’s where SIGN DIVISION delivers. Attention to detail, clean ex*****on, and a finished product that looks intentional and high-end from every angle.

If you want your storefront to actually stand out and elevate your business, this is how it’s done.

Most shops will tell you their acrylic is “edge polished.”

What they usually mean is it was hit quickly with a torch.

That method is fast—but it doesn’t always produce a perfectly smooth, true edge.

At Sign Division, we take a different approach.

Every edge is progressively sanded and refined through multiple stages—then compounded and polished to achieve a flat, distortion-free, crystal-clear finish.

It’s a slower process, but the result is a cleaner edge, better clarity, and a noticeably more refined look up close.

This install features:

• 1/2" clear acrylic panel
• Second-surface green backing with a precision logo knockout
• 1/4" laser-cut gloss white acrylic dimensional letters
• Stainless standoffs for a clean floating mount

No shortcuts. No rushed finishes.

Just the kind of detail work that holds up—and stands out—in a place like Sewickley.

Sign Division
Second to none.

Precision. Craftsmanship. Presence.

These custom stud-mounted dimensional letters were designed and fabricated in-house by SIGN DIVISION, featuring electroplated gold faces with a brushed finish and precision spacer mounting to create a clean floating effect off the wall.

This type of signage isn’t just decoration — it’s brand architecture. The depth, the metal finish, and the shadow line instantly elevate a space and communicate professionalism before a customer even speaks to your team.

When businesses invest in bespoke dimensional signage, it tells clients they care about details, quality, and experience.

From concept and fabrication to installation, everything is built right here by SIGN DIVISION.

If you're looking to upgrade your office, lobby, or storefront with signage that actually reflects the quality of your business, let's talk.
