Due to the predicted heavy rains and high winds today, we've decided to cancel our Tuesday market at Frankford Transportation Center. We will be back on Tuesday, August 4th from 2-6pm with seeded watermelon, tomatoes, sweet corn, eggplant, peppers, and other summer goodies! Thanks for your understanding!

Sometimes, it feels like "wasp nest at the end of the tunnel" is a more fitting cliche for farming than the one about the light. But I've been trying to find moments to appreciate the hopeful and the whimsical.
In no particular order: corn silks in the dawn light; a barn full of curing onions; fall brassicas in the greenhouse (and the promise of quieter days ahead); and adorable fungi.

It's officially summer for Frankie and Alice, and the farm fields are bursting with June delights.
You now have TWO chances to load up on RMF veggies every week! (1.) Sundays at Headhouse (2nd and Lombard) from 10-2, and (2.) Tuesdays at Frankford Transportation Center from 2-6. Our Tuesday market kicks off on June 16th!
