Our Virginia Beach showroom recently hosted Endless Summer: Warby Parker x MOI, bringing together clients, business partners, and friends from the A&D community for an afternoon of good food, great conversation, and some seriously good frames.

And about those frames… around 52 pairs of Warby Parker glasses found new homes!

We love seeing our showroom filled with people connecting, catching up, and having a little fun together.

From Knoll workstations and Herman Miller conferencing to custom DatesWeiser boardroom solutions and welcoming café and collaboration spaces, every selection works together to create a cohesive environment.

Even when unexpected construction delays challenged the schedule, close communication and quick problem-solving helped keep VRS moving toward its critical occupancy date.

When Heidrick & Struggles relocated its Washington, D.C. office, the goal wasn’t simply to create a new space—it was to create an experience.

Together with , MOI helped bring a 10,500 SF workplace to life with flexibility, collaboration, and hospitality at its core.

This morning, we welcomed the Educator Support Collaborative and friends from across our industry to our Baltimore showroom for a conversation about what we can accomplish when our community comes together for Baltimore’s educators.

Each year, MOI is proud to donate our time, services, expertise, and furniture to help transform a Baltimore City Public School teachers’ lounge into a space where educators can recharge, connect, and feel appreciated.

But the impact can be so much bigger when we do it together.

Today’s breakfast was about sharing the story, building awareness, and inviting contractors, manufacturers, designers, partners, and organizations throughout our community to join the effort.

Because when everyone brings what they can—time, talent, resources, products, or connections—we can create something pretty special for the people who give so much to Baltimore’s students every day.

POV: You’re walking through MOI and suddenly… chickens. Everywhere. 🐔👀

Someone at our Baltimore HQ decided to hide tiny chickens throughout the showroom—and watching people discover them has been exactly as delightful as you’d imagine.

It’s silly. It’s unexpected. And it’s also a pretty perfect little snapshot of our culture.

Our work can be complex. The details matter. The deadlines are real. But we also believe there should always be room for curiosity, connection and a little fun (okay, a lot of fun).

Turns out, sometimes the smallest things make a workplace feel a little warmer.
