Leadership in Action: Success Labs Executive Coach Juanetta White facilitated a “Building Stronger Teams” workshop with the ESF-8 team at the Louisiana Department of Health in Baton Rouge — a deep dive into self-awareness, genuine connection, and what it really means to commit to the people you work alongside.

A few things stood out in the room:
→ Team building isn't about a fun day out. It's about making real promises to each other — and building the language to keep them.
→ When you understand yourself better, you show up differently for your team. MBTI doesn't put you in a box. It opens a window.
→ A team that communicates well doesn't just function better internally — it serves the people it exists for more effectively.
